How Kylo uses cookies and similar technologies — essential auth and OAuth cookies only; no advertising cookies claimed in this product.

1. What this notice covers

This Cookies Policy explains how Kylo (“we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Kylo website and client dashboard. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Operator: Kylo, a Company Limited by Shares registered under Innovation City – Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (License No. 07011267). Contact: support@kylo.ae.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Some are required for the Service to function (for example, to keep you signed in). This Policy applies to Kylo’s own Platform; it does not govern cookies on Client websites.

2. How we use cookies

Kylo uses cookies primarily for authentication, account security, completing email OTP pre-signup verification, and completing optional integration OAuth flows (e.g. Zoho CRM). We do not use cookies on our own website or dashboard to build advertising profiles, serve targeted third-party advertising, or sell cookie-derived data to advertisers.

Names and durations may vary slightly with auth library updates; purposes remain essential to operate the Service.

3. Essential vs optional

  • Essential — required to sign in, stay signed in, complete pre-signup verification, and connect integrations such as Zoho safely
  • Optional / marketing — not used for advertising cookies in the current Kylo product design described on this page
  • Analytics / functionality — not claimed as separate first-party cookies in the current product; if introduced later, this Policy will be updated and consent sought where required

Because essential cookies are required for the Service, the product may not function correctly if you block all cookies in your browser.

4. Third-party cookies

When you interact with third parties through Kylo (for example Meta channel setup, Stripe checkout, or Zoho OAuth), those providers may set their own cookies under their policies. Kylo does not control those cookies. See also our Privacy Policy section on channels and subprocessors (Hostinger VPS stack; Meta, OpenRouter, Stripe, Zoho, SMTP).

5. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete, or alert on cookies). Clearing cookies will typically sign you out and may interrupt in-progress OAuth or sign-up flows. For account-related questions, contact support@kylo.ae.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. There is no single universally accepted standard for responding to DNT. The Platform does not currently respond differently to DNT signals, but Kylo will honour consent choices made through any cookie banner or preference centre it provides.

7. Changes

We may update this notice when our cookie practices change. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be noted in-product or via the Privacy Policy.
