# Kylo

> Kylo builds AI agents for corporate service providers in Dubai and the wider UAE. Lead Qualifier engages inbound conversations on WhatsApp and other messaging channels, scores intent and fit, and can sync qualified contact fields to Zoho CRM.

Kylo does not keep a permanent chat transcript archive. Short-lived session memory (up to 24 hours) may be used for reply quality; your CRM remains the source of truth for lead records when Zoho sync is enabled.
